Uhm i’m sure that Trel knows it.
But most cpanel skins are made by rvskins.
And that is a company, so don’t suspect help from them.

Trel probably knows lots about it, so I could ask him if I’m stuck on something.
But for as far as I know and searched, there is no reference or anything about the cPanel template-files.

Are you sure that there is Nothing Documented about the engine? Their has got to be someone out there who knows what the hell they’re doin’.
